rainfall warning in effect Rain continues this morning through much of northern Manitoba. As of 7 AM this morning Churchill has reported 24 mm of rain and Tadoule Lake has reported 70 mm of rain. Additional accumulations of 10-20 mm are expected in Churchill by Friday morning, with Tadoule Lake expecting an additional 30 to 50 mm in the same time period. Rain or drizzle is expected to continue on Friday, but should end by Saturday morning with clearing expected. ### Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
