พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนัก ร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านตอนบนของภาคเหนือเข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณประเทศประเทศลาวตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งบริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตกระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย และขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

The strengthening wind forces the waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf up to about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. People in the North, the Central, the East and the South west coast should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships in the upper Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers areas.
