Missouri River At Rulo affecting Richardson and Holt Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Rulo. * WHEN...Until early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The Rulo boat ramp begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.3 feet...or 0.3 feet above flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24 hours was 17.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
