This includes the Tribal Lands of the St. Croix Band in Burnett County, the Bad River Reservation, the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the northwestern county of the Lac du Flambeau Band and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley and, Lena Lake counties. Recreation spots such as Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. * WHEN...Through 1 PM Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall Sunday night into Monday morning over the watch area has led to water level increases in area creeks and streams and moist soils.
