General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "INDAY" {BAVI} was estimated based on all available data at 780 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.7°N, 129.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 165 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 205 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Bataan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balanga and Morong. + **Zambales** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pamatawan, Sto. Tomas, Bucao, Bancal and Lawis. + **Aurora** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Casiguran, Aguang and Lower Umiray. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
