ฝนตกหนัก ร่องมรสุมกำลังค่อนข้างแรงพาดผ่านภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลางตอนบน และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณเกาะไหหลำ ประเทศจีน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย เริ่มมีกำลังอ่อน ในขณะที่มีแนวพัดสอบของลมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้และลมฝ่ายตะวันออกบริเวณอ่าวไทย และภาคใต้ตอนล่าง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้และอ่าวไทย มีกำลังอ่อน ทำให้ทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
