Coastal Flood Advisory issued September 24 at 5:50PM EDT until September 25 at 7:00PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ * WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...Inland Sussex. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect through Wednesday afternoon's high tide cycle for mainly tidal flooding in Little Assowoman Bay, the Indian River Inlet and other back bays. If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
