Flood Watch issued May 13 at 2:33PM CDT until May 14 at 7:00AM CDT by NWS Shreveport LA * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of north central Louisiana, including the following parishes, Grant and La Salle. * WHEN...Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional showers and thunderstorms have developed this afternoon across Central and Southeast Texas, and will spread east northeast into Central Louisiana late this afternoon through this evening. Locally heavy rainfall again is possible, with additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch possible.
