Flood Advisory issued September 24 at 10:21AM EDT until September 24 at 1:30PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Mahoning, Portage, Stark and Trumbull. * WHEN...Until 130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1021 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Youngstown, Warren, Boardman, Alliance, Niles, Louisville, Campbell, Hubbard, Canfield, Sebring, Lordstown, Hilltop, Vienna Center, Maplewood Park, Austintown, Struthers, Girard, Randolph, Vienna and McDonald. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
