Southwestern McClain County in central Oklahoma... * Until 1045 PM CDT. * At 954 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 3 miles west of Wayne to 3 miles south of Hastings, moving southeast at 15 mph. In east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In southeast Oklahoma, Johnston and Marshall. In southern Oklahoma, Carter, Garvin, Love and Murray. * WHEN...Until 315 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1014 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the western portion of the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
