East Central Beaver County in southern Utah... * Until 900 AM MDT. * At 556 AM MDT, Beaver County emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Cottonwood Burn Scar resulting in a debris flow. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Beaver and North Creek drainages. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
