Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Motorists should be prepared for localized blowing dust near fields that have been recently worked in the Columbia Basin and around Moses Lake. Winds will remain strong through the night and Friday morning before decreasing Friday afternoon. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
